Stop hating yourself for everything you aren’t and start loving yourself for everything you already have!

Hello beautiful people of the internet!

I hope you guys are good and sticking with your new year resolutions!

Recently I changed the way I took care of my skin just because I noticed my skin getting drier and duller. For the past month I have been trying different products and trying homemade recipes and here are a few tips and tricks that helped me.

  • Water is your best friend! You need to hydrate your skin especially during winter time. Water in general has a lot of benefit for your body and your skin, it helps with acne, pores, wrinkles, eczema, improves your metabolism, and has so many other benefits. Get your body used to water!
  • Exfoliation is the key… We all cleanse our face and body on a daily but what about exfoliation? Your skin regenerate itself everyday, which means dead skin piles up and creates dryness. You will most likely see it once you put on your foundation. Their is different kind of exfoliators and you can choose the one that works for you better. I use the Renewing Creamy Scrub from Vichy because it’s extremely gentle and perfect for dry and sensitive skin.
  • Never ever pop your pimple. It took me a long time to understand this and to this day it’s the hardest thing to do but be strong and let them be. I have so many little scarring all over my face because of the fact that I always pop them. Either go see a dermatologist that will give you some kind of cream for your acne or use cleansers and moisturizers that fight acne.
  • Clean everything that touches your face if that makes any sense. Sanitize your phone, and change your pillowcase as often as possible. And keep your hand far from your face.

I only spoke about 1 product because I noticed you don’t necessarily need to use use many products on our face for it to be amazing. We often create skin problem by not being careful enough and not paying attention to small little detail of our everyday life.

Anyways, I hope this was helpful, and you enjoyed!
